Mix the egg with lemon juice, a little salt, sugar, pepper and paprika. Add a pinch of baking soda and some flour to the mixture until you get a viscous consistency. Combine zucchini, onion, rice, egg-mixture and a handful of breadcrumbs in a bowl. Form balls and press them flat. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
